These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Toastworthy, a service provided by Ember Ventures Ltd. By purchasing or using Toastworthy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Toastworthy is a service operated by Ember Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16514522), with its registered office at Grey Courtledge, Richmond Road, Bath, BA1 5PU, United Kingdom.

2. What We Provide

Toastworthy helps you create a personalised speech — like a best man speech — using AI. You provide your answers via our online form (in the future this might include the option to upload a short video or audio recording), and we generate three outputs:

• A custom-written speech
• A personalised coaching guide
• A cue card summary

All content is delivered digitally shortly after purchase.

3. Refunds

We offer a no-questions-asked refund if you’re not satisfied — but to keep things fair, this is only available within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, just email support@toastworthy.co with your order details.

4. Payments

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. All prices are clearly stated at checkout and include any applicable taxes. You’ll receive access to your materials via email after payment.

5. Use of Content

You’re free to use the speech content however you like — including in public speeches, videos, or blogs.

However:

- You may not resell or redistribute the Toastworthy service or its generated outputs.

- The underlying technology, prompts, and website content remain the property of Ember Ventures Ltd.

6. User Content

When you submit your answers — including any uploaded video or audio — you confirm that:

- You have the right to share that content

- It doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights

We’ll never share or use your stories, video, or audio content publicly without your explicit permission.

7. Privacy

We only collect what we need to create your speech: your email and your form responses. We do not use your data to train AI models and we do not sell or share your personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Toastworthy is a creative tool to help you write and deliver a speech. While we aim to help you do a great job, we can’t promise perfect outcomes — you’re responsible for how you use the content.

To the extent permitted by law, Ember Ventures Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the UK courts.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we’ll post a notice on our website. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
